Access to general information and recommendations on HospitalSuggest.com is free of cost.
Certain value-added services (e.g., premium hospital recommendations, tele-consultation bookings, priority support, medical tourism assistance) may be chargeable.
By purchasing or subscribing to any paid service, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You may request cancellation of a paid service by contacting us at [email protected] before 24 hours of the service has been initiated.
Once we have begun processing (e.g., contacting hospitals/doctors, arranging consultations, or providing reports), the service will be considered delivered and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
Service Not Delivered: If we are unable to provide the promised service due to our fault.
Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged more than once.
Technical Errors: In case of payment gateway failures resulting in incorrect charges.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Dissatisfaction with the hospital, doctor, or treatment outcome (since we only act as a facilitator).
Change of mind after services have been initiated.
Failure to attend scheduled consultations or appointments.
Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 business days of the payment.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
Transaction charges, taxes, or bank fees (if any) may be deducted.
For services directly paid to hospitals, doctors, or other providers, their individual refund/cancellation policies will apply.
HospitalSuggest.com is not responsible for third-party billing disputes.
