Fraud in covid vacci

ad to write this for awareness. I scheduled the vaccination through Co-Win website and got an appointment for 10th June 2021 in Balajee Hospital with my wife, cost of the vaccine mentioned on the Co-win website was ?250 only. The appointment was 1 PM to 3 PM, I reached the hospital at 1:04 PM and the the entry gate only I was told by the person who was giving token that you'll have to pay ?780 for the vaccine not ?250. I moved forward. Inside there was very bad system the holding area for people was the parking area of the hospital, secondly we had to wait more than 1 hour just to get into the que, post that we reached at registration counter at around 2:48 PM where we were registered and taken a total amount of ?1560 for two people in cash, I asked that there is any facility for digital payment they replied that you'll have to pay in cash only, I asked for the receipt and the replied that it will be provided inside. I went inside and asked for receipt at the registration counter and was told that receipt will be given after vaccination, I went into vaccination room and everything went smoothly there. I came out and asked for receipt. Here the real fraud began to show itself. The person responsible for giving receipt started making a handmade receipt on paper with stamp of hospital, anyone could get receipt printed and a stamp made, clear sign of fraud as they asked for cash and didn't gave a legit receipt. I started being vocal about that and that person started misbehaving and said we will decide what to do etc. etc. He started bullying me and then I asked him for the physical certificate, it is clearly mentioned on the co-win website that one should ask for the physical certificate at the site of vaccination and hospital or vaccination center will have to provide that, to that that person replied that we will not give you that, he said many other things but if I'll write all those this already long review will become more long. I urged other people to raise their voice against the wrong and illegal practice but to my surprise people were either not bothered or scared just to raise their voice for the right thing, which is so unfortunate and sad, as a citizen of India we should be vocal about these things and stop this gundagardi. A shame on the management and staff of the Balajee Hospital, Malad, Mumbai for all this.

Hi will share my honest view for 7 days for my brother admitted in hospital for recovering against paralysis strokes. First please visit these hospital if you have mediclaim otherwise you will be screwed all the staff and security are cooperative will be ensure that the patient are given the best treatment. that is the best thing only.But there is one fraud person name Hemant Yewale who told us that we will be funded by lions trust but in the final bill we got a discount which is peanuts because of these fraud person I had to pay 1.25 lakhs in cash which has impact largely on my family as we were in financial crisis going on. Beware of these fraud people hope my suggestions will help you to access to choose these hospital
